The following were present:

The complainant present. Neither the P.D, DRDA, Dhubri nor the PIO of the office of the P.D, DRDA, Dhubri was present. They have not shown any cause for their absence. As such it is deemed to be willful absence from appearing before the Commission even on receipt of the notice which was issued on 22.9.2006. This has been viewed very seriously by the Commission.

Issue summons to the P.D, DRDA, Dhubri and to the PIO of his office for appearing before the Commission on the next date fixed to show cause why penalties should not be imposed on them as contemplated under the RTI Act, 2005 and compensation should not asked to be paid by them for deliberate absence before the Commission.

Next hearing is fixed on 8.11.2006 at 12.30 P.M.
