Order of the Commission
Seen the petition of Shri Mrinal Kumar Nath, Advocate, Mangaldoi. The Commission verbally directed the PIO of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Darrang on 26.9.2006 to refund the application fee of Rs. 10/- paid by the complainant for obtaining information which was furnished to him late.

The Commission directs the Deputy Commissioner, Darrang to refund the application fee of Rs. 10/- to the complainant if not already done
