to his application for information addressed to the State Chief Information
Commissioner, Assam dated 1.8.06 which was transferred by the Commission to
the Commissioner & Secretary, Excise Department on 8.8.2006, he received
a reply from the Deputy Secretary, Excise Department that the relevant file

possible for the Government to furnish the certified copies of all documents
in the said file. He also informed that he did not receive any information from

to the petition addressed to the Chief Information Commissioner, Assam dated
